REMINDER
Changes to pension plan in effect next January
	On your first pay in January: tax-deductible contributions of 1% of salary up to YMPE and 2% of salary above YMPE
	Maximum years of credited service to increase from 33 1/3 to 35 years

As part of your total compensation, Metro is pleased to provide you with a defined benefit pension plan the Corporate Retirement Plan, offered to administrative and management employees.

You will find on this site all the information you need about your pension plan; you can either consult this site at any time from anywhere, now or in the future, or you can download the information from this site and save it where it will be most convenient for you. In keeping with our corporate commitment to minimize our environmental footprint, we chose to no longer print a pension booklet.

You will also find on this site information to help you understand better the contents of your annual statement, which includes pension projections as well as details about your total compensation.
